I'm David Muncie, and I founded Muncie Furnace Craft Co. right here in my hometown. Growing up in Delaware County, I saw firsthand how critical a reliable furnace is, especially when those Muncie winters really hit. We're talking about a humid continental climate where temperatures can drop significantly, making a working heating system non-negotiable for homes in Old West End, Riverside, or near Ball State University. I started this company because I believe every family in Muncie deserves prompt, honest furnace repair from someone who understands the unique challenges our local weather and housing stock present. From the older homes in East Central to the newer builds on the Westside, I've worked on every type of heating system you can imagine. My team and I are proud to serve not just Muncie, but also our neighbors in Anderson, Indianapolis, and New Castle. We're based right here at 3119 W Kilgore Ave, and I'm personally involved in ensuring every repair meets the high standards our community expects.

What Muncie, IN Customers Say
“Our furnace suddenly stopped blowing hot air in the middle of a cold snap last December. We called Muncie Furnace Craft Co. and they sent someone out that same afternoon. The technician, Dave, quickly diagnosed a faulty ignitor. He had the part on his truck and had our heat back on within an hour. We really appreciated the fast, professional service.”
“We noticed a strange rattling noise coming from our furnace, especially when it kicked on. I was worried it was going to be a major repair. Muncie Furnace Craft Co. came out and found that a small fan motor was loose. They secured it and did a quick tune-up. The noise is gone, and the furnace is running smoothly again. Good honest work.”
“Our old furnace was really struggling to keep the house warm, and our utility bills were through the roof. Muncie Furnace Craft Co. helped us understand our options. We decided to replace it with a more energy-efficient model. The installation crew was fantastic – very clean, efficient, and they walked us through how to use the new thermostat. We're already feeling the difference in comfort and our energy usage.”
